Shipping and Returns

All items are dispatched from the UK with Royal Mail services.
The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not working days).

Custom pieces will be made to order and will require a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer depending on a public holiday, popular demand, and shipping delays. Once production is complete, your item will be shipped to you straight away, If you are an international customer, this may take a little bit longer.

If you order personalized items along with other jewelry all items will be sent out with the personalized item upon completion. If you wish to receive your other items sooner please place two separate orders.

• Parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
